To Order: Email office@mtnstatesspecialties.com or your sales consultant. Include: your contact info, item number, size/quantity, colors, ship/event date, and artwork (if applicable).
Pricing: Call for current prices; subject to change.
Minimums: Stock souvenirs: $100; Embroidery: 1; Screen print: 24; Promotional products vary.
Credit Card Fee: 3% Terms: Net 30 (approved accounts); 50% deposit for custom orders; first-time customers prepay or use Visa/MC/Discover.
Sales Tax: All orders will be charged Boulder County sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption.
Shipping: FOB Boulder, CO or pick up; custom orders drop-shipped. FedEx unless specified.
Third-Party Billing: $8/order Claims: Report damage within 7 days; retain goods. Deductions require MSS approval.
Backorders: Ship when available (>$25).
Artwork: Submit vector-based PDF/AI to art@mtnstatesspecialties.com (Apple-based). $75/hr charge may apply.
Catalog: Items not to scale; photography not for use without permission.
Barcodes: Available; $0.10 (bulk) or $0.15 (applied).
